Gospel meeting in North India

Gospel meeting in North India

India is a country deeply rooted in religion and tradition. People are politically, socially and economically hindered from hearing the gospel of Christ. We face many challenges in our work – particularly in the spiritual realm. But we are committed to press on to fulfill the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ in North India and beyond.
We focus on places where the gospel has never been shared before. Ultimately, with others help, we hope to reach all the people of India (over 1.2 billion of them), and so bring in a great harvest of souls before the return of the Lord Jesus – to the eternal praise of His glory!
The majority of India’s massive population lives in rural areas. It’s been said that the soul of India rests in the villages. India cannot be significantly impacted unless these villages are reached. In light of this, we strategically focus on planting churches in these areas. To make the outcome most effective, we train the native believers and send them out to share the gospel in their own villages. This is their starting point.
This strategy has worked well, by the grace of God. House churches in North India have multiplied rapidly in recent times, as believers are trained to evangelize and disciple their own communities.
We seek for each church to grow rapidly, both in maturity and in numbers. Our slogan is: “Every believer a disciple, every disciple a potential church planter, every believer’s home a potential church, and every church a discipleship training school”.
