Immanuel India Mission (IIM) is registered with the Government of India as a charitable Institution and established with a divine vision to preach the Word of God and to liberate the poor, to heal the broken-hearted, to care for orphans and widows. To inspire and rebuild the young men and fathers of India in the Lord , and to empower its youth & women that all may spread awareness, reaching out amid the hardest and darkest sections of our society with the love and care of Jesus .
The primary vision of Immanuel India Mission is to effectively establish community of believers among the unreached people groups in North India and that is done through training, equipping, and sending the local native men and women to the unreached regions . They go to these strategic areas to evangelize and start the community of believers. When these fellowships are self-sustaining and are themselves reaching out to the community, then the leader moves on to repeat the process elsewhere.
The Mission is organized into ministry areas consisting of (1) Evangelism, (2) Establishing community of believers, (3) Leadership Training, (4) Mission Schools, (5) Orphanages, (6) Medical Evangelism, (7) Slum Outreach & Children’s Ministry, (8) Emergency Disaster Relief, (9) Literature & Media Ministry, (10) Social activities like providing safe drinking water, distributing wheel chairs to the needy etc….
Around 73% of people in India live in villages and as a result many of these places contain millions of people that are unreached with the Gospel and are often forgotten about. Many are living below the poverty line without proper food, accommodation, clothes and do not have access to education and medical facilities. In addition there are many thousands of orphans and semi orphans or abandoned street children. Immanuel India Mission is committed and actively involved in providing for their physical, spiritual, and material needs of the people.
We also partner with like-minded believers in many other parts of the world to seek to fulfill this vision.
